This past summer, I was given the opportunity to Executive Chef the Laurelhurst Salmon Bake. The event raised money for the local community center that is desperately underfunded. It was a great cause and the community came out to support with over 600 hungry humans. It was a lot of people to cook for and it would not have happened without my trusty Le Cordon Bleu student volunteers and sponsors on the poster. They were AMAZING and so were all of the volunteers and staff who tirelessly worked to make the event an overall success. THANKS EVERYONE!!!
